Can xrumer answer forum threads?

I need a software that is able to answer forum threads that contain a specific string. Is xrumer able to do that? I'm thinking about buying xrumer.

What if I use hrefer to scrape forum threads containing a specific string? Can I then reply to the scraped threads using the xrumer software? Or does it have to be entirely random?
