Thread: flashsites

Time to update this section after 3 years of having no issues with any of our users.

Here it goes:

Paypal Name: Cecil Carter

Registration IP: 174.49.69.66 (United States, Georgia, Atlanta)
Status: Banned for life - Reported to the authorities

Reason: Asking for service, wasting our time and asking for refunds claiming service does not work. Paid via Paypal. After testing our services AND doing his work, he claims service does not work and asks for refund, with lame message Paypal:

"Doesnt work. Froze my software and no response when I asked if you could make it run. Other parts of service are useless also. Waste."

At the same time, he posts on the forum that service is OK and that he PROBABLY misread and thought we offered for 15$ a month something else! Good one, enjoy your new place on the forum!

People think twice, before deciding to do business with this person!
