    Talking World-Class Support for World-Class Software!



    Hello everyone! One of the best features of UBot Studio, besides its ability to easily automate your daily tasks, is its world-class support. So I just wanted to introduce you to the support staff you will be working with if you need help from the UBot Studio team.

    Myself - Marketing/Affiliate Management with a hint of Support - I admit I am not not really support but can assist in some minor things. I have known Seth, the developer and creator of the software, for twenty years, and was able to come on staff several months ago after hearing him discuss UBot Studio for a long time now.

    Lilly - Support - Lilly has been working support almost since the beginning, and you can hear her in several of the video training sessions. She is also responsible for some of the documentation. She handles a majority of the account, payment, and other high-level issues.

    John B - Support - John started at UBot Studio many months ago. He was introduced to the software after purchasing it on a whim and within a week he had built a bot that he sold many copies of. This was after he had no programming training! He is currently in classes for networking and more, and is an expert on coding questions and bot related issues.
