Thanks for adding a dose of sanity. The thing is, the more I think about it, the less I feel that this issue is about customer service.

Let me ask everyone reading one thing... if a supplier does not deliver what they promised, then repeatedly promises a refund, then contests a Paypal dispute and refuses publicly to give that refund... in these circumstances, what do you think of the supplier?

I have tried my best in this thread to deliver the facts - hence all the email extracts. The facts pretty much speak for themselves.

    Your a liar.

In the now locked sales thread you promised me (again) you would send my refund and have not.

EVERYONE who has posted about this issue on TSB is saying the SAME thing which is you promise a refund and do not send it, often using the SAME excuse about "not having any funds in PayPal".

Well, if you really had 400 customers you would always have money coming into your account, if you run a real service with costs / customers you MUST ALWAYS have funds in PP just to keep the service running.

You can keep posting this crap but no one is going to believe you.

And not just once, there are several of us saying the same thing.

Monkey... I guess you are not one of the lucky 9!

For my part, I'm hoping that my credit card company may force Paypal to review the transaction. USE A CREDIT CARD TO FUND YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT. This gives you a second level of support because a credit card won't hide behind the 'non-physical goods' argument.

LOL I think we all know there are no lucky 9, just anther pack of lies.

I guess More Coffee still has aspiratons to keep scamming people in here, I cannot think of any other reason he would persist with this nonesense.

    Wriggled out of Refund

Well my PayPal claim did not go in my favour, which is no surprise, they usually side with the seller on non physical items.

Suffice to say, More Coffee's promise of a refund made in the other locked thread came to nothing:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

I could see More Coffee replied to them but have no idea what kind of BS he fed them, clearly he did not tell PayPal the same thing he has been saying in this board.

As Lostincyberspace said... the facts speak for themselves.

Actually Monkey - they ALWAYS side with the seller if the seller responds. The only way you will win a Paypal dispute over a purchase of non-physical goods is if the merchant does not contend it.

Recommend you switch to a credit card to fund Paypal - mine have already issued a chargeback. Will keep you posted on what happens next, but in the past this has led to Paypal being forced to reconsider the dispute with a greater level of responsibility.

Well that was my point, in spite of him promising to refund it, he is contending the dispute.

He had almost 30 days to issue it as promised, but just kept giving a load of BS... at one point he sent a message "Heres your refund" but did not actually send it, when I questioned that he said he (being the high flying pro he is) had no money in his PayPal account... then contending the dispute.

He's a lying cretin, I dont think anyone who reads these boards will be in any doubt of that now... and that is the point of me posting this crap, I dont expect to get my money back, ironically ive made that money back after being forced to switch to a cheaper / better service anyway.

I just want to make sure he doesnt screw another penny out of members of this board again.

Ive considered using a credit card before, but TBH I make very few disputes, I was actually a subscriber to Coffees service for quite some time before he went "total ass wipe" on everyone.
