PHPBB issue, cant fill "tz" timezone value from dropdown menu

    Hi

    At the same taste,
I have a problem on the new phpbb forum

    Formfields.txt

    in the new forum phpbb

    =====[ FormAction: ./ucp.php?mode=register, FormEnctype: ]=====
[text] [Text before = "le nom d?utilisateur doit ?tre identique ? votre id psn."] username = nickperso
[email] [Text before = "adresse e-mail*:"] email = [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

[password] [Text before = "le mot de passe doit avoir une longueur comprise entre 6 caract?res et 100 caract?res."] new_password = bvdhnf44
[password] [Text before = "confirmation du mot de passe*:"] password_confirm = bvdhnf44
[select] [Text before = "langue*:"] lang = en
[select] [Text before = "fuseau horaire*:"] tz_date =
[select] [Text before = "fuseau horaire*:"] tz =
[textarea] [Text before = "id psn:*: *"] pf_idpsn = nickperso
[text] [Text before = "code de confirmation*:"] confirm_code = SECRETCODE
    [hidden] confirm_id = b48c89a4145e2b356434484861c09553
    [hidden] agreed = true
    [hidden] change_lang = 0
    [hidden] confirm_id = b48c89a4145e2b356434484861c09553
[submit] [Text before = "saisissez le code exactement comme vous le voyez dans l?image. notez que le code n?est pas sensible ? la casse."] submit = Envoyer
    [hidden] creation_time = 1456331318
    [hidden] form_token = daacabcd34b78e52101f13757e0bd191acc807f2

by against the old phpbb forum

    =====[ FormAction: ./ucp.php?mode=register, FormEnctype: ]=====
[text] [Text before = "la longueur doit ?tre comprise entre 3 et 20 caract?res."] username = nickperso
[text] [Text before = "adresse e-mail:"] email = [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

[text] [Text before = "confirmation de l?adresse e-mail:"] email_confirm = [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

[password] [Text before = "le mot de passe doit avoir une longueur comprise entre 6 et 100 caract?res."] new_password = bvdhnf44
[password] [Text before = "confirmation du mot de passe:"] password_confirm = bvdhnf44
[select] [Text before = "langue:"] lang = en
[select] [Text before = "fuseau horaire:"] tz = 0
    [hidden] agreed = true
    [hidden] change_lang = 0
[submit] [Text before = "[utc + 14] ?le de wight"] submit = Envoyer
    [hidden] creation_time = 1456182792
    [hidden] form_token = efcfe511b45a215e068fc8f8fe5bbdf83894793e

time zones are filled "tz = 0" on the old phpbb forum by against new forum "tz = "
    empty...

Another point if I try to change the value of an input select in 'xas. txt' or 'xas_AI.txt' it doesn't work?

    for a type of input <select name="tz" and <select name="tz_date"

    xas.txt

    #tz
    my_value
    #tz_date
    my_value

    it still doesn't work...

I look for a track ... Thanks in advance
    sorry for my English syntax

@antoine: It would be better to not hijack old threads, but create new ones as your problem is not about checkboxes but rather selecting a value from a dropdown list in Xrumer. Hence the post has been moved to its own thread.

    Nevertheless, about your problem:

From what I gather, you cant fill the "tz" value on a phpbb forum.

In order for Xrumer to fill that value, it needs to know what to put when it finds it. For that reason, for starters check in your xas.txt and xas_ai.txt for the value tz. If its not there, then you must add it ONLY once and only in of the files.

I would suggest that you add the value ONLY in xas_ai.txt as
    Code:
    #tz:

Make sure you have self learning enabled in order for xas_ai.txt to be used and retry your tests, it should work.

Keep in mind that you cant add any value that you wish to the timezone for phpbb, as from the source code of phpbb sites it looks like the acceptable values are from -12 to +14 (with some missing in between).
Check the source code of the site's registration form with "Inspect Element" from Chrome and you will see what variables you can use for that field.

thank you kensai for the time to answer me and for your help.
you're right for a change in value on the file xas_AI.txt
    #tz
    1

However the news phpbb forum like this ( [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] ) sends string values
    - Source code of this page to select an input
    <select name="tz" id="timezone" class="autowidth tz_select">
    <Option title = "UTC + 01: 00 - Europe / Paris" value = "Europe / Paris"> Europe / Paris </ option >

The tz field is typed as a Num?ric in Xrumer because I think I tried
    #tz
    Europe / Paris

    or

    #tz
    "Europe / Paris"

And insert Europe / Paris in POLL1 of project.xml

but no results, how to work around this limitation Num?ric to string some fields, because these versions of phpbb use value in post format string

I was careful not to duplicate fields in the file and xas_AI.txt xas.txt.
sorry to tread the wrong topic
