Seo in english for a french website

    Hello,
I am making SEO with Senuke for a french website.
Keywords anchors are in french but all articles for submission to web2.0 profiles and social are in english.
Do you think it is a problem to rank this french webite with english articles?

    Thanks for help

Might not be a problem for SEO but might be a problem in terms of readers. If you are targeting a French audience with French keywords but writing articles in English then i would expect that your clickthrough would be pretty low. Now you may just be making hubs to throw links at but once those hubs start ranking for whatever term you are going to optimize them for you might be loosing out on some traffic.

Best to find a happy medium, one thing that works well for foreign lang sites that i have found is to submit an English article and then run that same article through a translator and include a copy on that page under the English post. Start it off with something like "Im sorry that my French is pretty bad but i tried to translate the article above for you"

    Just something to think about.

I've successfully run several SEnuke XCr campaigns with positive SERP results in the manner in which you are doing - keywords in a foreign language other than English with the remainder of the articles in English. You could take the extra step of using either Google or Bing to translate the article; but I would avoid Google's translator as I've heard rumors that the search conglomerate marks its translated text so translated articles can be spotted by its web crawling bots.
