Obama confirms it: Big Brother. a.k.a PRISM, is watching everything

First leaked by the Guardian hours ago, news have emerged on the supposed existence of a program called PRISM, with voluntary members including:

    • Microsoft
    • Yahoo
    • Google
    • Facebook
    • PalTalk
    • AOL
    • Skype
    • YouTube
    • Apple

According to the Guardian report, the PRISM program allows for DIRECT ACCESS TO DATA stored on the servers of these companies. So everything that you have ever send/uploaded/done in relation to these companies and their services it there for Big Brother to browse. If that is true, prepare for a lot of drama in the coming days by all involved parties in this.

The news was first [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and it involves a supposedly leaked National Security Agency (NSA) document that states Prism operates with the "assistance of communications providers in the US".

In one slide, the presentation identifies two types of data collection: Upstream and Prism. Upstream involves the collection of communications on "fibre cables and infrastructure as data flows past." Prism involves: "Collection directly from the servers of these US service providers: Microsoft, Yahoo, Google, Facebook, PalTalk, AOL, Skype, YouTube, Apple."

Ofcourse, the big players already are [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] any of this and claim that its all a lie, even after US president[Only registered and activated users can see links. ].

    Trivia:
    • Microsoft was the first company to join PRISM, back in September 2007.
    • Twitter is absent from the list (thumbs up to them)
